- Karen is head of The Bernardi Real Estate Group at Coldwell Banker in Boulder and has been selling real estate for 27 years. In 2006 and 2007, Karen and her team helped more people buy or sell real estate in Colorado then any other agent and Karen has consistently been among the top teams for several years nationwide.
Karen is a philanthropist and is committed to giving back to our local communities. She and her team are involved with numerous charities and foundations, including Emergency Family Assistance, The Children’s Hospital Foundation, Intercambio de Communidades, Commmunity Food Share, Impact on Education, among others.
Karen’s innovative style, enthusiasm and knowledge have allowed her to travel the United States and Canada speaking at various real estate events including: Mike Ferry seminars, National Association of Realtor’s mid-year conference, Colorado Association of Realtor’s Rally, Colorado Business Conference and Re/Max International conventions. She is continually requested as a Key Note speaker at many of these organizations and is considered an expert in real estate.
Karen is a member of the Boulder Area Board of Realtors and serves the real estate need of customers in Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette, Longmont, Lyons, Erie, Superior, Broomfield and the surrounding communities.
