it was uplifting to see you and other top producers having a good time at Mike Ferry’s celebration for Sabrina’s birthday. I am a top producer in my area,#1 in MLS actually. I work without an assistant and am a REO agent. I have the skills to perform without REO’s and want to be prepared when my account ends. I will close about 65 deals as a solo agent.

I can relate to your past 100%. I fear loss and that keeps me motivated. Now I feel I work too many hours and am neglecting what’s most important…family and recreation. I would like to connect with you and see what I can do to create a business that allows me to break through to a more structured and duplicatable business.

I am from a small town in California, Porterville population around 60000. Will you give me some advice?
